First sync takes a few seconds. After that, SportsCal re-syncs every couple of hours automatically — so if the coach reschedules practice, the new time shows up without you doing anything.

Where to find the URL in your sports app

Team page → Schedule tab → three-dot menu → Subscribe to Calendar → Copy the webcal URL.

Team page → Settings gear → Calendar subscription → Copy link. Works on the web app, not the mobile one.
