These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SportsCal ("Service"), operated by 5K Consulting LLP, an Oregon limited liability partnership ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SportsCal is a calendar aggregation service that pulls sports schedules from third-party apps (such as TeamSnap, GameChanger, PlayMetrics, TeamSideline, and BYGA) and combines them into a single calendar feed you can subscribe to in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any other iCal-compatible application.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a family, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
SportsCal offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan at $5.00 per month. By subscribing to the Premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

SportsCal offers an optional SMS notification feature that allows Premium subscribers to send ride coordination requests (drop-off and pick-up requests) to contacts they have added to their account.
By adding a phone number to your contacts, you confirm that you have the recipient's permission to send them SMS messages via SportsCal. Each SMS message includes a clear option to decline the request. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
SMS messages are sent only when you explicitly trigger a ride request. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS messages. Contacts may opt out of future messages by replying STOP to any message.
SMS functionality is powered by Twilio. Standard carrier rates may apply to recipients.
SportsCal connects to third-party calendar services using iCal feed URLs you provide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for TeamSnap, GameChanger, PlayMetrics, TeamSideline, BYGA, or any other third-party service. Changes to those services may affect SportsCal's ability to retrieve your data.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive to keep SportsCal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT CALENDAR DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 5K CONSULTING LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5K Consulting LLP and its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
