Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment information. You only need a card if you upgrade to Premium.
What sports apps does SportsCal work with?
TeamSnap, GameChanger, PlayMetrics, TeamSideline, SportsEngine, Byga, LeagueApps, Demosphere, TeamReach, 360Player, SportsYou, BAND, RankOne, and any app that provides an iCal feed URL. Premium users can also upload a PDF schedule and we'll extract the events for you — handy for school sports and leagues that don't use an app.
Which calendar apps work with the feed?
Any app that supports iCal subscriptions — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Fantastical, and more. Subscribe once and it updates automatically.
How often does the calendar update?
SportsCal checks your calendars every 2 hours and updates your feed automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from the Calendars page.
How does ride coordination work?
Tap any event and assign a pickup or dropoff person from your contacts. SportsCal texts or emails them a simple "Can you pick up Levi at Tigard HS on Thursday at 4pm?" with confirm / decline buttons. Their response flows back to you — no more phone tag with grandparents or swapping carpools in a group chat.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same features either way. Annual is $100/year (works out to $8.33/month) — two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between the two anytime from the billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and you'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
